Jacobs Trading Company (JTC) sells products including customer returns,
buy-backs, over-stocks, shelf-pulls and excess inventories by the truckload
only.
All merchandise is sold "as is" unless noted otherwise. Because of the nature
of this business JTC cannot guarantee the quality or the specific items
contained on each truckload. However, customer satisfaction, consistent value
and service keep customers coming back load after load!

Shipping

All loads are sold FOB (freight-on-board) - the buyer pays for all shipping
costs.

Jacobs Trading Company has developed long-term, large-volume relationships with
national and international shipping channels. We can offer very competitive,
discounted shipping rates through our contracted carriers.

Shipping costs are based on origin, destination and weight.

Trailers vary between 48-53 feet in length.

All loads are sealed at JTC docks. If you receive an un-sealed load, please
contact Jacobs Trading Company immediately, prior to unloading the goods.

Attention Exporters: We will work with freight forwarders.

Payment

Payment must be received within 24-48 hours after an order is placed and before
the goods are shipped.

Jacobs Trading Company accepts bank wires or cashiers checks.

Restrictions
-
Jacobs Trading Company liquidates goods for retailers and manufacturers
throughout the United States. Retailer's names may not be used in any written,
verbal or electronic advertising or representation of these goods.

All merchandise and packaging has been de-faced prior to shipping and must
remain free of retail logos, labels, price stickers, etc.
